Due to the nature of this work, I ask you to state earth meditation in all communication with myself.
Here are some guidelines to help you prepare, and help us create a safe container for all.
Please read ALL the information below, carefully, and ASAP, and then let us know if you have any questions.
I advise staying offline the day & evening of Earth meditation, social media detox your mind & nervous system. Should you have a partner etc , inform them your phone will be off for the evening, this is a time to focus on your inner world which you can control therefore i ask you to close off the outer world.
Your own intention is a massive part of your journey, it is your opportunity to ask for the guidance & clarity you need. Intentions can be like an anchor, creating a framework for the journey and providing something to return to for integration.
Ask yourself what is no longer serving you be that beliefs, thought patterns, habits, trauma.
By confirming your attendance you are confirming you understand and agree with the above guidelines.

Diet:
I ask you to fast for at least 5 hours before our journey, only drinking water.
No caffeine consumption morning of ceremony
No meat for 48 hours prior.
No alcohol 5 days before the ceremony, and also advised 5 days after also.
Times:
The earth medicine lasts around four hours, however please allow 6-7 hours for your time with me.
Please note, I will have to arrive 1.5 hours prior to the venue to apply bio-geometry to the room and set up the altar space, if possible this is preferred to be done without distraction.
